Must be booked at least 24 hours in advance, we will confirm by email, phone call (214-308-9595) or text (214-790-5077) after we receive your request.

Please call 214-308-9595 if you need an appointments within a day. If appointments request for 2 & more, please NOTE in "SPECIAL REQUEST" box (how many people total + name+ services), DONT need to send us another email.

If you fail to no-show, late cancelation, late changes to your appointment TWICE, a DEPOSIT will be required to book any future appointments. This DEPOSIT will be applied toward your service, but it will be non-refundable in case of a no-show, late cancelation, or late change.

Appointments are subject to change, reschedule or cancelation after 10 minutes without calling (214-308-9595), emailing or text 214-790-5077 the salon. WE APPRECIATE YOUR UNDERSTANDING.
